Looking for someone with 6 months to a year's worth of experience in the deckhand role. Preference given to those with significant water sports experience (will be working extensively with a Ski Nautique this season). An established program with great longevity onboard, an excellent team, and interesting cruising itinerary, this is a job for someone looking to apply the skills they've already learned, and learn new ones as they progress forward. Schengen required if from a nation that needs one, and a B1/B2 although that can be organized after joining if necessary. Salary DOE, industry standard
